Our People

Everything that comes out of our kitchen is a product of the people we have working with us.

We also feel that it's important to show their importance to P. Terry's not only in the way we treat our employees, but in the way we compensate them for their time.

We pay our employees significantly above industry average and not a member of our staff has ever been started on or placed on minimum wage. In fact our average wage is well over $11.00 an hour.
